Curious about the pottery wheel but not ready to commit to a full series? This class is for you!
 
Try It
is a fun, low-pressure introduction to throwing on the pottery wheel, perfect for beginners and anyone who just wants to see what it’s all about.
You’ll learn the basics of centering clay, shaping simple forms, and experiencing the feel of the wheel firsthand. An instructor will guide you step-by-step, offering tips and encouragement along the way. No prior experience is needed—just come ready to get your hands dirty and have fun.
This class is all about exploration, creativity, and trying something new. Whether you’re checking pottery off your bucket list or considering future classes,
Try It is the perfect place to start.
Total cost of class is $60 and includes 2 hours of instruction, your choice of pieces to keep (they will dry and be bisque fired in our studio), you will chhoose a color that you love and we will glaze and fire a second time.  We will text you when ready for pick up.
A $10 deposit reserves your seat and the remainder is due at class.  Please bring a towel with you and clothing you do not mind getting soiled. 
  

Please note:  Your $10 deposit is to hold your seat, the deposit will be deducted from the total cost at the event.  If you must cancel your reservation, please do so 48 hours prior to event to give us the opportunity to fill your seat.  We will send you a credit for another class. Canceling within the 48 hour window or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of deposit and no credit will be issued.
